  • Determine the department's courses in each semester according to the study plan, identify the divisions and set the schedules.

  • Setting study schedules and final exam schedules for the department's courses according to the students' levels, and organizing classrooms and study periods

  • Preparing special study schedules for each faculty member, according to the academic levels of the students, and the teaching load specified for each member in proportion to his job title and scientific specialization, in consultation with the department head.

  •  Follow-up assigning professors with the academic schedule in coordination with the department head.

  •  Follow-up of the placement of academic divisions with the names of professors through the electronic system. Distributing the department's courses offered in other programs in the college and outside it to the faculty members of the department, in consultation with the department head.

  •  Coordinating with other colleges that teach some college courses to agree to put those courses on the schedule.

  •  Coordination with the women's section on the courses that can be taught to female students from the department's professors via the network.

  • Preparing and raising the teaching burdens of faculty members in the department to the competent authorities in the college or university.

  •  Coordinating the process of seeking help from professors from other colleges who study the department's courses and following up on their attendance.

  •  Preparing a cumulative paper and electronic archive file for study schedules, to facilitate reference at any time.

  •  Ensure that theoretical tests are prepared and received by contacting faculty members a period before the start of the specified test.

  •  Organizing the final examination units, equipping the control and providing a sufficient number of observers.

  •  Updating the exam forms and the rules governing them.

  •  Organizing factional tests, alternative tests and excuses tests for each semester.

  •  Receiving examination papers from other colleges.

  •  Providing observers in the different time periods for the tests.

  •  Follow up the progress of the tests.

  •  Refer cases that may occur during exams (absence cases, cases of fraud) to the department coordinator for submission to the department council if necessary.

  •  Preparing a report on the monthly and final exams.

  •  Any new work related to the unit.
