  • Collecting all news related to the department's activities from the department head, unit coordinator, and faculty members. Make the necessary arrangements for publishing and announcing the department's news in the university magazine or on the department's website, or by sending messages via e-mail.
  • Supervise updating the front page on the department's website.
  • Collecting news about the department and faculty members as well as student activities and achievements on a regular basis.
  • Distributing leaflets of the department to new students.
  • Follow up the participation of the department units with the media unit in the college regarding the media process.
  • Follow-up circulars from announcements about holding various scientific conferences or symposiums, etc., and announce them on the college or university website.
  • Updating the department's website with the latest information and news.
  • Any new work related to the unit.
