Holding workshops for new faculty members on how to evaluate assignments and students' work at the beginning of each semester.

Identifying and conducting training programs in the department to develop teaching, research and technical skills.

Reviewing all course files and restructuring them continuously in terms of redistributing grades, according to the department's plan for semester and final grades.

Ensure the readiness of the program file and the courses file at the end of each semester.

Submitting all quarterly reports to the college's quality unit.

Supervising the department's strategic plan and following up on its implementation.

Implementation and follow-up of academic evaluation and accreditation activities and proposing development plans in the department

Ensure that questionnaires are made for students about the extent to which they benefit from the program during the years of study and the suitability of the courses for practical life and their proposals to benefit from them and prepare the required statistical results.

Providing and organizing all requirements for academic accreditation.

Submitting periodic reports to the department head about the department's situation with regard to academic accreditation.

Informing the department council about what is related to academic accreditation.

Any new work related to the unit.
