- Placing complaint boxes: Complaint boxes will be placed in a designated area within the college building, and these will be accessed and opened by the unit.
- Handling student complaints with complete confidentiality: The unit will consider and address student complaints and grievances while ensuring full confidentiality for the complainant.
- Reviewing student suggestions: The unit will study the suggestions submitted by students and present them to the department council or college council if they remain unresolved.
- Proposing solutions to meet students' needs: The unit will make suggestions to fulfill student requests if necessary.
- Informing the complaining student of the outcome: The student who submitted the complaint will be informed of the results after the request has been investigated.
- Quick resolution of complaints: The unit will promptly address complaints to demonstrate that students' concerns are valued and taken seriously.
- Protecting the student from any repercussions: The student should not face any negative consequences due to filing a complaint.
- Filling out the designated form: The unit will ensure that the form provided by the department is properly filled out for each complaint.
- New tasks related to the unit: Any additional tasks or responsibilities related to the unit will be handled as required.
