Department Website Unit - Information Systems - College of Computer Science and Information Systems
Tasks
- Supervising the editing, updating, and development of the college website in both Arabic and English to introduce the college, its departments, various programs, faculty members, publications, research, and highlight all college activities, events, and events.
- Publishing all available department documents on the website in a professional manner.
- Connecting students with the college and department website by placing programs, plans, announcements, faculty pages, and pages for courses and past exams on the site.
- Continuously updating the website and its homepage.
- Posting department news and all updates on the website.
- Assisting faculty members in creating their personal websites and recommending the best ones in university competitions.
- Encouraging the development of websites and faculty pages for learning purposes.
- Announcing a list of faculty members on the department's website and updating it annually.
- Registering department members' research projects on the website and updating them.
- Updating any department announcements and displaying them on the department’s display screens.
- Announcing upcoming events that are of interest to students, faculty, staff, and the university and the community in general.
- Maintaining a high level of quality in terms of information accuracy and ease of access to the required information.
- Uploading important information to the university’s website.
- Providing periodic updates to the department and college councils regarding the development of the website.
- Any new tasks or works related to the unit.
