On behalf of myself and all members of the Information Systems Department, I warmly welcome you. Technology has become an integral part of human life in the modern era. Believing in the importance of information systems, Najran University, represented by the College of Computer Science and Information Systems, was keen to establish the Information Systems Department in the academic year 1427/1428 AH. The department’s curricula and programs align with Saudi Vision 2030 and keep pace with the rapid developments in the field of information systems.
Believing in its educational, research, and community service mission, the Information Systems Department is committed to graduating qualified national professionals in various theories of information systems, in addition to practical applications and professional training, to serve their religion and country. The department offers a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, as well as a Master's degree in Cybersecurity and Enterprise Information Technology.
The department is also making great efforts to obtain academic accreditation for its programs from both the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA) and the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
